THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT REVIEWS!

Anibal BARBOSA – Komatsu/Joy Global Group

DDSCF was indeed an eye opener in terms of agility in the supply chain management, with a very broad view on how to respond to demand in a quicker and more efficient way, by creating buffers at the right places along the entire chain, and with great emphasis on inventory control, this being the “Achilles heel ”of many businesses (too much of the wrong stock) and in the wrong place, on the shelf.
I do recommend it to anyone in supply chain to attend the two days’ workshop, it’s really good value money.

A great and insightful way to learn about existing supply chain concepts and how they are incorporated into the new demand driven operating model

Over the last 30 years I have attended and presented more supply chain management courses than I care to remember. Attending this new 2-day Demand Driven Supply Chain Fundamentals course was like a breath of fresh air on this overall vast subject. It looks at the history of where planning has come from for the last 50 years and the problems of using tools developed for a completely different world than that in which we find ourselves working and trading today. I can attest to these business environmental changes as I have worked, mostly in manufacturing, for the last 53 years. ‘Things-aren’t-what-they-use-to-be.’

I was intrigued how the course has been written around, and supported by, Caroline Mondon’s book “The Missing Links”, a novel concerning a furniture company that is in desperate need for change and how they used the demand driven ‘Flow’ approach to bring the company back to profitability. We follow the trials and tribulations of this company, as we progress through the course material, on their Demand Driven journey to success.

After attending this course, you will definitely want to learn more about this new globally implemented methodology to plan and execute materials throughout the complete supply chain from extraction to retail. This course leads you into attending the Demand Driven Institutes 2-day Demand Driven Planner course which will provide you with sufficient information to try out, on a small scale, this methodology in your own organisation and to see the benefits, before a fully scale implementation.

I look forward to presenting this course to my clients and students in the future.

Start your Demand Driven ‘Flow’ journey today. DDMRP is the future, and the future is here today.
